📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details

Delivery time depends on your shipping address and city:

Metro & Tier-1 cities: 2–4 working days
Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 3–6 working days
Remote locations: May take slightly longer depending on courier serviceability

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery across India.

Meerami does not control courier operations once the shipment is handed over, but we are always happy to assist in case of delays.

If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
The order will be processed as per our Return & Exchange Policy
